I do not think this should have been post on any news outlet ! I for one can not believe the Canadian SEC is not all over this !!! I see where ECS came out and said they had signed a letter of intent just like several other companies but i think that was not good enough !!

I can see no way that President Trump would let these guys get the upper hand in ECS or even export cobalt back to China
