Is it possible they had the meetings with the FDA to maintain the appearance of progress and keep the gravbtrain going? Even if it damaged their reputation with the FDA, if this were all a scam, they wouldn’t care. That would also provide some protection from claims from shareholders as the company could show “good faith” efforts to follow proper process and procedures.

Not saying any of this happened, but since you are laying out possible scenarios, is this a possibility?
