I think Harry was smart to lower everyone's expectations by stating that, especially since the trucking Deal was delayed and became more complicated than they thought it would be. I believe that that was a concern for him as well being that his optimism was premature on the trucking deal, and given his character he felt bad and as he did state in his last letter... His next PRs will be acquisitions, not LOI's or maybes. I like his honesty and concern for shareholders, he certainly does not want to mislead. So when the CE drops, who knows what kind of meaty PRs are waiting to be announced.

BTW, I have not seen anything to believe that the trucking deal is/ was dead, just delayed due to a lot more moving parts to tackle because perhaps the Trucking Co. was not forthright with all info.
