"Wonder why no one else has had similar issues...?"

I wonder too. The attached interchange with VangohTV may provide a clue. Since that interchange, I also tried disabling my anti-virus software, but that had no effect. Also some folks may be confused about the amount of bandwidth required for video streaming. For normal video streaming, 3 Mbps works pretty well with an occasional stutter. But for the best experience 6 Mbps is golden (not talking about 4K videos). Anyone experiencing stutters with 6+mbps either isn't actually getting that speed, or the transmission is being temporarily interrupted by some other factor (e.g. bursts of static). My connection capability varies between 12 Mbps and 20 Mbps (measured, not just my promised speed) depending on the the time of day. The speed of my connection to the internet is not the cause of my the problem.

So far, VangohTV hasn't been able to provide a useful response to my problem description. Their respondent was friendly, but clearly clueless about tech support that isn't scripted. That's an indication to me that they're not ready to handle a tidal wave of new consumers. And what are the chances of me getting my issue resolved on a 3 day trial that started on 2/23 before the trial expires? More churn, that VangohTV can't afford, as they scale up. They're not ready.

It doesn't sound to me like you've actually tried using any of this stuff. Clicking a button: You Agree With The Terms And Conditions, when no terms and conditions are displayed is an another indication that they're not ready. So is distributing the Windows program to U.S. customers (consumers, not techies) using rar compression.

BTW, I did not come "from big pharma", and it's unclear to me why anyone would care if I did.

Unfortunately I tried several videos last night and this morning and all exhibit the same behavior. About 6 seconds of playing, followed by about 6 seconds of pause, repeat. However streaming with Amazon Prime or YouTube works fine. At someone's suggestion, I ran the following test: http://www.dslreports.com/tools/pingtest. I did 3 runs last night and 3 this morning. The test produces a letter grade. I received five B's and one C. The person that suggested the test said that he gets Cs but has no problem streaming your content.
