MEC OK per SEC rule Exemptions. The apparent advantages, however, of the "Pink" status--for Nigerian investors--are clearly mitigated by the "STOP" sign. The criminal disservice is to the customers and users of the Nigerian entities--who may want a viable alternative to the betting sites(?)

The rule exemptions have been noted in posts in other months and weeks gone by, and by others, too.
