I believe the dilution is done. Friday’s activity didn’t really reflect any and the PPS actually rose! I think things are ready to heat up now! Just need the news from Alex!
Still very curious as to why they reserved (and sold) so many more shares than the court ordered settlement. Using the 3(10a) rule, maybe they are about to make their move!
