danR1, My brain constantly exceeds the normal speed limits. And it never stops. I have what is known as an analytical brain which prevents me from being hypnotised. The positive side of that is it has made me a very adequate computer software developer. The down side is trying to get a full nights sleep without the aid of a couple bottles of strong wine.

Been taking these gummy bears for two day and have had two nights of uninterrupted, solid rest. Two nights in a row! That has not happened in a very long time.

I think these tasty little treats will help. I put one or two in my mouth just before going to bed for sleep and let the gummy bears melt under my tongue. This provides a faster path to the blood stream.
