One who believes scam could presume,

the reason why JBZY and company did not produce pumps pushing the share price much higher?

The individuals behind the scenes, came to the conclusions that anything they planned releasing under JBZY would have evidently been able to prove JBZY is fraudulent.

If JBZY is PROVED scam...
fault would go directly to the company and not just fake websites, social media, etc.
If JBZY and related companies are PROVED fraudulent...
How many companies/shells (CHINESE&USA) would be compromised for future use by the group? - many.

They do not want proof. They have planned everything so there is no proof. They have covered their tracks.

Is there 'proof'?
