I agree. Leo in his early days was really good at answering phone calls or returning emails so I suspect it is not negligence. To me it is a good indicator that he is very busy with the right people (BP), they will have his cell phone number or something like that. I would rather Leo answer phone calls and emails from BP then a phone call from me any day.

I don't know about any of you, but I would much rather have the good Dr.'s and Leo be entertaining the multiple CDA signers to hear what they have to offer instead of listening to us call up each day. Go IPIX
