i would bet the delay is due to tax law changes. it is absolutely horribly complicated this year especially for parent companies with subsidiaries, especially when subsidiaries have been purchased in stock plus cash.

seriously, every public company CFO and / or accountant is having fits trying to deal with the new tax law structures.

Freedom Leaf just went through same thing and it made their 10q look bad, even though the good growth and expanding revenue has not changed.
