Endeavor to explain how anything even remotely "big" is going to happen with this dog when:

1) There is seemingly no active headhunting going on to find a replacement CEO

2) There is apparently no serious effort forthwith to file any of the requisite late SEC filings, and

3) The administrative staff that DO remain are making no effort whatsoever to either keep investors informed or continue to pursue any positive steps to grow operations or increase the health of the company's balance sheet.
