I believe increase A/S tad bit is better than R/S. TRTC longterm shareholders cannot afford RS when the govt. and congress is not in favour.
TRTC has not yet got any +ve income Qtr, so unless they start adding more +ve inconme, they will have to go to market and for that they need more shares.
