I look at the situation like this - If You have 20 CDA's signed, you need to shave that down to about 5 - 7 that you know has the "BANK" to give you what you are looking for price wise. Than depending on who are those players, I would guarantee that one or more would like to get a "Final Look" chance to up their offer. So in my opinion, a final offer can be about 1 - 3 months away unless one of the companies makes a ridiculously strong offer that Leo cannot pass up. Either way, I'm thinking this will take time unless one of the BP's do not want to be left out and steps up Big Time with serious money right out of the box.
