Actually, if the feds win, the only winners will be hemp, it's a coding the DEA already states they did for an administrative, not enforcement move. They said this in federal court.
If you watch the video, MMJ businesses will be the only ones that need to worry about the outcome of this case.
Session's is doing all he can to have the Rohrabacher–Farr amendment removed from the spending bill and he has support of the White House on this issue.
Once that happens, anyone with an MMJ license will be in jeopardy. Not hemp!
