Hey od4, Here's the latest RMRK News: 1st of February 2018 received word from Starkman RMRK CEO that audited financials are completed through fiscal year end 08/31/17 and the company is working on 1st Q ending 11/31/17. Then Wednesday of this week he seemed a little tight lipped and said 'all I can comment on is that the company is moving forward with the financials'.
He has previously stated that he doesn't like to comment on the timing of the release.
Other than the financials. The main class action lawsuit filed was voluntarily dismissed by the Pomerantz firm on 02/15/18:
ORDER GRANTING DISMISSAL [Fed. R. Civ. Proc. 41(a)(ii)] by Judge Christina A. Snyder: Upon Stipulation30 , the Court hereby grants the dismissal of this action in its entirety, with each side to bear their own respective attorneys' fees and costs. Motion to Dismiss Complaint19 is denied as moot and all dates are hereby vacated. (gk)

However, even though the Pomerantz firm withdrew counsel and judge Snyder dismissed the case, it appears a totally different law firm stepped in at the last few minutes to file a motion for new counsel and new plaintiffs to try the case. We should find out more on that next week but in my opinion it will get dismissed as well once this new firm investigates and actually reads the filings. The Pomerantz firm that dismissed the case is a large firm that specializes in securities litigation and after their research they voluntarily dismissed it because no doubt they didn't have a chance of winning. We should find out more on any pending litigation next week but I'm quite sure anything pending will get dropped IMO. In the meantime nothing seems to be slowing TCC down as they have a new website, are currently hiring, now have 18 employees and a $BILLION+ Market Cap.
