Im so happy i left the trading session early today while most debated this CE removal.

It was confirmed by the OTCM it'd be removed this week.

It was confirmed by the OTCM that all the requested/required documentation was received

The processing time is the unknown variable and apparently the individual in charge didnt finalize the paperwork in time.

Not CWIR's fault.

Not my fault.

Not my concern.

Im long CWIR with a nice .0024 average and could give a crap what anyone
thinks.
