We need to let the ICLDD RS dust to settle, probably by Monday.

I looked back at the CEO update dated 12/8/17 which Mr. Munro says,
the Turnaround positives include:

1. Completion of Restructuring, is cognizant of the adverse effect it had
on the SP.

2.Lawsuits settled on 12/5/17,after three years.

3.Elimination of toxic debt, he realizes the adverse effect it had on SP and market cap.

4.Reduced convertible debt to the point where the intended reverse split should not
have the rapid dilution as in the past one last year.

5.in 2018, new products to develop and market in NFV and SDN with associated
strong margins.

I know Its tough but, I am staying long and hope for some good news next week.
maybe on Grant Thornton settlement, debt elimination, good quarterly results,
new contracts. I added late yesterday and had a good gain today on those shares,
not expected after RS , but this is the OTC pink sheets, you just never know .

Its not over yet ,IMO.
