Hey Abbott, "Who's On First ?"

I'm trying to sort out all the SEC violations, fiduciary violations, accounting violations, corporate law violations...and I can't.

Has anyone considered proposing a receivership or some type of conservator since KK and his attorneys have obviously decided to disregard almost totally the rights and interests of the investors?

This was all the cloaking and mysterious/unknown gymnastics of KK and Company might stop.
