It starts at about 1:08;00 regarding hemp. ( but really its about low THC CBD oil).

Now go back a year ago to an ongoing "tete-a-tete" Between MSSRS. Gailm and Condor65 about what CBD oil really is and is not as in the REGULATION of MJ vs. Hemp.

This is why you want a license to grow Med MJ., at the end of the day.

If the final rule ( months away) stays the existing law, hemp growers will be sh%t out of luck. And considering the lack of fiber demand and tangential product demand--will take the crop into the ground.

Personally the Hemp Association did a poor job on this one, ( IMHO they should have asked for a narrowing of definition by the DOJ) but hey, I'm just a XMAS tree come Medical MJ farmer) It is however a reflection I believe on membership.
