just logged on and saw the nonsense. PMCB is a joke. Do i think it matters whether its a 2B or a Pivotal? Absolutely not. Results are results. Do i think it matters whether you announce this to your shareholders or bury it in an 8k? Absolutely. KW destroyed this company. I will be selling the second they file an IND and get a small pump. 50/50 at best whether that ever happens. I am already bracing for the announcement that the cell testing failed. This stock will go sub penny if that happens. Investor confidence is at an all time low. With so many other options to invest in, PMCB continually has let its shareholders down by literally doing nothing in their best interests. Whether it is selling shares at below market to dilute, or to stay quiet for months, and now being dishonest and burying a massive change of plans into a 8K, I am done with them the second I can get out at a minimal loss.
