Five years ago the share adjusted price was $2. Given all that has happened since then, how on earth are we trading at this level? Crazy.

Two simple reasons:

1. WDDD was heavily diluted.
2. The market assigned a big risk factor to Worlds and had given Worlds a low probability of winning the court battle.

The fear of more dilution has been greatly diminished, but the risk factor still remain a major concern. WDDD will trade higher and higher only if risk factor is reduced.
