The thing I don’t understand is why doesn’t Solomon show the all the “geniuses” that they are wrong. Do one thing as promised at least.

I think that the collateral shares are stalling the stock dividend. Because when they pay the triway shares, they are obligated to give it to the holders of collateral shares as well.

- If they they think or know that the collateral shares are sold. Then how are they supposed to get the triway shares back?

- even if the collateral shares have not been sold. They have to pay all dividends to the holders of those. It’s simply a higher risk.

Therefore, they need to clear out the mess with the collateral shares first.
