Its all about the OS count. They don't have to sell for there to be massive dilution. It is just the ability to sell. That deal might work out in the long run, but it has been toxic since the moment it was announced.

And that reminds me: Funny how some of the suddenly appearing EVIO cheerleaders who showed up just about the time the Canadien deal was announced, pumping their little hearts away..... are nowhere to be seen since. Just saying....
