True to his word, I received a response about an hour ago. Here it is.

"Vinergy continues to work with its legal counsel to satisfy all of the outstanding items required by the CSE and thereby being reinstated for trading. Although the process has been very frustrating the Company is confident that it will be able to issue a press release by Wednesday of next week detailing everything and providing a definitive outline of what has been done and what is left to be done.

The Company is very aware of shareholder concerns and is trying to rectify the situation for all stakeholders.
