Dondoncoyote, so it would appear they are still encumbered but not in relation to the 2016 notes... that would explain a few things.

Dare I say HB is the buyer of the warrants and is holding the IP as collateral until the AS are increased to cover the new shares required by the warrants?

Who in their right mind would buy warrants for non-existent shares without some type of collateral?
