I'm new but can someone just quick update me on this ticker. Okay, I'm not a big fan of bio tech/medical OTC's but I been tracking this one a little bit. Got decent volume churning through this whether its dilution or bottom fishing. My question is since it's OTCQB does that mean it can't go below 0.01 for a certain period of time?

Plus has there been any reverse splits on this in past, different ticker symbols, etc?

And all I see is some cervical scan waiting to be juiced. I'm more of a chart guy and think it can be a pincher play on some news or maybe short cover double from these levels. Any help appreciated
