A company I am invested in tried to find a clean shell to reverse merger in as a means to trade eventually on Nasdaq, but first as OTCQX, the coat is around one quarter of a million to find a clean shell with no crappy actors lingering onto stock. So, this action is not meant as a way to mess around, this most likely will be a company that makes money or very close! Imho RARS!!$$$ load & hold!!!
