Did Gelmon pay his $18,000 tab yet and get a license to run the business? Guess not.

Has he filed a 10Q yet to make this a fully reporting company? Nope.

Is there a product or news that the merger was suppose to happen? No. Guess it fell through.


The Company and Flight Time will use their best efforts to complete the Definitive Agreement and schedule a Closing of the Definitive Agreement on or before December 31, 2017.



Keep buying folks. I'm sure it will go to the moon any day now. So many good things going on with this company (even though I cant name even 1).
