The relative lack of transparent communication is my main point of contention with Lombardo. Otherwise, I like the way he has refocused the development I assume he has been trying to do the best deal(s) possible under challenging circumstances with sub-optimal leverage. If he delivers at least one good non-dilutive deal soon I will give him a pass and chalk the delay up to the circumstances he found himself in. However, to the extent he is not constrained by confidentiality agreements he should have a blunt conversation as to what the general plan is. Why can’t he say that the offers thus far have been unacceptable and we are sticking to our guns?
