This is directly from the county website so the source is irrefutable.

If either (1) MYEC/Greenpay owned no properties as Ed has claimed, or (2) Greenpay did own properties that were supposed to be owned by Sirera Global but for some reason did not retain them in the Greenpay transaction which Ed also said...why does the county tax assessor show the following:

Greenpay bought the property in 2014
Greenpay deeded the property to a trust controlled by Ed in 2016
The Trust then deeded the property back to Greenpay in 2017
Greenpay then sold the property to Sierra Pine c/o Jeff Howes and QIANYAN CHENG in 2017


If any of what Ed said was true, Greenpay would have never been deeded the property or Greenpay would have deeded the property to Greenpay immediately after the sale. Neither happened.

Is the tax assessor lying...or is Ed lying.

Please clarify.
