Interesting. I can't believe this "going concern" issue wasn't in their sights for awhile now... so I'll assume they just misjudged their timing and raised cash at 10 year lows. I would be very perplexed if they announced a non-dilutive deal before the meeting, however. Is it possible they might out over their ski's on this whole thing? Looking forward to a new CEO/MGMT.
