I think Ron and Rand are a little wacky... BUT I did appreciate his attempt at a filibuster AND he is one of the few conservatives to vouch for legalization. IMHO all drugs should be decriminalized (not trafficking but use) In many countries they will arrest you for using hard drugs but give you probation and treatment / rehab is your probation. It has been quite successful in many regions.

To me... many of these old hacks in office must be old enough to remember alcohol prohibition (they look 100 y/o anyway). As pro MJ as I am (obviously with EVIO) all I want at the federal level is for them to delegate M.J. regulations to the states and require MJ testing for the legal market. Allow banks to handle legal MJ money.

From here... EVIO turns into a rocket ship.

GDP of California ~2.5 Trillian
GDP of US ~18.5 Trillian

With CA alone making up almost 15% of the entire economy... I think we'll start to see some movement politically here in the MJ sector. I believe politically 2019 will be an exciting year for the MJ industry. Once the money train gets going.... policy will follow and EVIO will shine.
