If the officers owned restricted shares wouldnt they want to sell them before turning the lights out for good ? A nice pump before exiting would be nice for them ...... so if the merger ISNT true I still expect a few more good pumps so they can unload their restricted shares....

it DOES look like some things they announced are happening FWIW ...

Board Appointees - Canoe

A Canoepool.us server is located stateside - California..

Speculation.. shareholder emails to Canoe apparently pixxed them off so they communicated to Franky - make them stop (lol) - so there is dialog between the two it appears .

Canoe mining went dark for awhile - just before the China mining crackdown started ...thus indicating servers were being relocated "somewhere" possibly ......I personally doubt the bulk are in the US I am thinking they are in another asian crypto friendly , cheap power country nearby.....

No pumps for awhile - not normal pattern for mgmt - so something is different this time around .....

It looked like they were hooping it up in Vegas recently - it sure looked like a celebration to me .....
