This is not true jyyoo.

1) On Merkur we have an increase of some 70k shares disclosed. The company did not tell us what for!

2) This was already disclosed by OTC Markets. But OTC Markets has 300,000 shares more. This number is not in line with Merkur.

3) This against the background of Dan's email, is rubbish.

This is why the stock is down today.

They have to learn the hard way.
