Hi John,

To clarify, HMLSF has the same name as our product and trades on the OTC but it is not our particular ETF.

None of the Horizons ETFs are regulated or registered with the SEC in the U.S. or with any other foreign regulatory body. The Horizons ETFs are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange pursuant to prospectuses filed with Canadian regulators, in accordance with Canadian securities laws and regulations.

The Horizons Marijuana Life Sciences Index ETF that we are the managers of has the ticker symbol HMMJ or HMMJ.U (the Canadian and American dollar denominated versions respectively). In addition, our ETFs trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange or the NEO Exchange for HMJR.

We have nothing to see with HMLSF or manage it in any capacity. It has a different ticker symbol altogether and trades on the OTC whereas our ETFs trade on the exchanges mentioned above.
