I don’t think that is a bad strategy. I have a friend that sent Sean an email awhile back that I thought was so perfectly said to him. He said Sean you have done a fantastic job pimping your company and Bri going eyes and got everyone on board with your words and vision and your approach of being transparent and visible and approachable as CEO. NOW THAT YOU HAVE US ALL , THE REAL WORK COMES NEXT. Thus far, Sean has kind of buckled under that pressure.
