I am to vote yet. Inclined to vote NO across the board, but still holding off to cast my vote on several accounts.
Yes, I'd like to see changes, not just some changes before the meeting. First and foremost, a new CEO announcement. A reputable CEO with a track record of success in the industry. Not a placeholder.
Then, some deal with a significant upfront cash would be certainly nice. I know it takes time to ink a deal, but Tony has had lots of time to sign one. It is a conjecture but would it be possible that the deal is postponed until a new CEO is on board?
