New agreement is to pay aeno 7% commission and 5% options on any funds they raise

I'd say they have investors for us.

This is locking in their. commission

Maybe this is the funding kw was talking about

I thought kw said we are applying for money from foundations but I don't think he cares about shareholders

7% of 25 million is 1,750,000 and 5% of same as options.

Quite a big dilution but it would also increase pps.
