Interesting analysis however:
After reverse split 100:1 they should be valued 1-2$pps so why do you assume that the dilution to raise 1B$ should happen at 10$ add my only 100M OS?
A conservative approach would have indicate that shares are raised t half of current value therefore at 0.5-1$pps after split which means they would need to add 1-2B shares again. However if your estimates of 550M$ Earnings is correct, then at P\E 20 this can still be a good buy and running to 5-10$pps after split
