You’re right. The SEC highly regulates the otc and disallows shorting, BS press releases, BS information posts, and insider trading. The otc is the Wild West and I bet less than 1/2 a percent of any of the above ever even hit their radar. As long as their taxes are paid the SEC doesn’t give a shit about stinky pinkies.
