They had a choice it was just a poor one! Absolutely no reason to dilute at this time unless this Beech is going lower and they know it! That would be the only reason besides helping 8,000,000 shorts cover to get votes for proxy! This isn't their 1st Rodeo my friends they are very calculating SOB's
