Building is 3.6 million. Down payment is 1.4m. Raised 1m. Have 600k in fund. We actually have the sufficient funds to buy but haven't raised the target amount of 1.4m. Need the 600k in fund for operating cost and.capital improvement fund.

Sufficient cash to buy (ie down payment)but would not be a good idea.

Point being it's both possible to have sufficient cash but not raise enough money.
