It's never a good time to dilute at a position of weakness unless your pretty sure your shit out of luck on any deal coming and you know it! No reason to dilute with $52,000,000. In the bank also! If you thought a deal was coming why in the world "DILUTE" down here! I'm telling you they don't have a deal or one coming anytime soon or they would have waited to dilute at a higher price. Business 101 folks. Iggy your giving them way too much credit for killing us the common shareholders. Trust me if they announce a partnership in the next few months lawsuits will be rampant. Nobody is interested in our platform yet.... too many unanswered questions still. I believe in the LM platform but our management is struggling to convince BP it's the real deal. We're a year at the least to see if EMA approves our AXAL drug. I think they are doing the right thing at this time as far as concentrating on AXAL our lead construct to prove out our LM Platform so BP would be interested in our platform. Problem we have is they should have made this decision 3 years ago and our share price wouldn't be where we're at. Focus now is getting AXAL to approval even though we have many other irons in the fire. They have the best shot with conditional approval then as that plays out we should have more trial news coming in on our Aim to serve trial to show more CR's! Just terrible mismanagement of our cash and trials to this point. Believe it or not this is the best decision for shareholders to date. Not the Offering the FOCUS on AXAL from here on to push some kind of approval and legitimize our platform. This year will be the defining year if ADXS has the real deal then BP's might take a chance at buyingus out! We're still quite a ways away from any serious offers from anyone. Just the truth but I actually like the new direction which should have been thatfrom the get go!
