According to the annual report:
"In May of 2011 CEO Adam Barnett resigned, and Monte Anderson was appointed CEO."
I remember from the Lanza lawsuit that Monte Anderson was listed as deceased prior to 2010. I wonder how a deceased person gets appointed as CEO and how Murphy subsequently takes over
