At a market cap of $75MM, the company has an enterprise value of 0. I don't think it will stay at this price very long. I expect a new CEO shortly. I will be curious to find out which funds/institutions participated in the offering. I think there are more shoes to drop that will move the stock before the shareholder meeting.
