I look at it like this. They replaced Chardon with a new financing company. It’s gives PMCB the necessary money to pay for trial if needed (and it probably is needed as I don’t buy into the partner theory). So the positive is in a worst case scenario they have funding. The downside is obviously dilution if it’s used... I don’t think anybody in this doesn’t understand the money for trial has to come from somewhere.. so Imho, it’s needed.
