I could very easily see them releasing a PR next week after the record date for the offering has passed and letting the price run up, then make the offering price announcement (slightly higher than market at that time) immediately before the offering goes live. I think Reed's offering price wasn't official until the day before theirs went live. I'm buying as much as I can now, and then I will let the big boys have the offering. If they can get it up to .15, I can certainly live with 25mm shares of dilution.
