IMO, looks like OBITX/MCIG didn't even properly market themselves properly; as it only mentions digital advertising and marketing.

OBITX; as an ATM franchisee of KrypNetworks will only get a fee/transaction. They won't get any $$ from advertising; KrypNetworks will.

Funny how there is no 8k for the OBITX/KrypNetwork "contract".

It's KrypNetwork who potentially will make money. Not OBITX. OBITX owns 0% of KrypNetwork. Paul and Mardikian are PAID employees of KrypNetwork; and likely have received both common and preferred shares of KrypNetwork. They certainly will stand to make lots of money apart from OBITX.

Both have also received $$ from OBITX, options to purchase common shares in lieu of cash, received OBITX common shares, and received OBITX preferred shares APART from the preferred shares issued to MCIG. MCIG can issue those additional preferred shares to themselves at any time; if they haven't already done so.
