ETRADE has explained their position. The amount of shares they received from the TA does not match the amount of shares they had. Without a match, they can't (won't?) distribute the shares.

So far nobody has been damaged because nothing is publicly trading. Were that to change suddenly, the S??? would hit the fan.

I love Carrots. But that is just my opinion. Like all of my posts are just my opinion. As in "MY OPINION ONLY".
