Nope, I have given up. I have complained to AMDAQ and spoke with them and Etrade on multiple occasions. Each party wants to blame the other. I spoke to Pacific Stock Transfer who gave me info (a phone # and email) for AMDAQ and they told me AMDAQ is responsible for issuing these shares. After months of AMDAQ telling me they've been sent and Etrade saying they've never been received I contacted UNGS and UNGS told me this is an Etrade issue and that it's not an issue or any concern with their company at all. I responded asking how it was not their issue or concern when it was their spinoff and I got no response again from UNGS. I filed a complaint with the SEC and FINRA but really feel all efforts and complaints have fallen on deaf ears and at this point I believe the spinoff along with everything else UNGS is involved with is just a scam. Doubt any of the spinoffs ever reach a trading session anyways so I've given up.
